Are you looking to deepen your experience in aircraft records management in a fast-paced and collaborative environment? We have an opportunity for you! As a Aircraft Records Clerk III, you will catalogue and maintain our technical documentation. You'll be responsible for tracking and managing aircraft maintenance documents for medium or moderately-complex programs including log-pages, inventory records, technical documentation, and reports.

Responsibilities:
Input data into the aircraft maintenance management system
Store, monitor, and archive aircraft records
Monitor and track component replacements
Assist in reporting aircraft maintenance status
Must-haves:
High school diploma or GED equivalent and typically 4 or more years of relevant experience
A higher level degree may substitute for experience
Related experience may be considered in lieu of required education
Extensive knowledge working with Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft word processing programs
Progressive experience with scanning paper records into electronic records
Practical knowledge and understanding of computer systems
General knowledge of time compliance items
Typically has the bility to frequently travel outside the continental US, typically for extended periods of time
Must have reliable transportation to and from work locations
Ability to speak, read and write in English
To meet export control compliance requirements, a “U.S. Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. §120.15 is required
The ability to obtain and maintain a Secret U.S. Security Clearance is required
Preferred:
Data entry/clerical experience
Aircraft records database/aircraft maintenance tracking software experience
Background in the Aerospace and Defense Industry, the US Department of Defense or US Military
Ability to type 35 WPM
Familiarity with rotable and non-rotable aircraft parts certificates
Experience working on new/developmental or First Article programs
Able to communicate and collaborate as part of a team
