Position Overview

As the Consumer Marketing Manager for Shaw Floors, you will be responsible for developing and implementing consumer-focused marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, engagement, and loyalty. You will play a pivotal role in shaping the marketing strategy for Shaw Floors' consumer products, campaigns, messaging, and merchandising working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business objectives . Your expertise in consumer marketing and understanding of customer behavior will contribute to the success of the brand by effectively positioning and promoting Shaw Floors' products to target consumers.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop comprehensive consumer marketing messaging, campaigns, merchandising, and other initiatives for Shaw Floors, aligned with overall business objectives .

  • Partner with internal teams to research and analy ze consumer insights, market trends, and competitive landscape.

  • Define target consumer segments and develop tailored marketing campaigns to effectively reach and engage them.

  • Collaborate with product development teams to align marketing strategies with product launches and enhancements.

  • Maintain a strong and differentiated brand positioning for Shaw Floors' consumer products.

  • Craft compelling messaging and value propositions that resonate with target consumers and effectively communicate the unique features and benefits of Shaw Floors' products.

  • Ensure consistency in branding, messaging, and visual identity across all marketing materials and touchpoints.

  • Plan, develop, and execute integrated marketing campaigns to drive awareness, consideration, and purchase intent for Shaw Floors' consumer products.

  • Utilize various marketing channels, including digital, print, social media, events, and influencers, to effectively reach target consumers.

  • Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and make data-driven decisions to optimize campaign effectiveness and maximize ROI.

  • Utilize consumer insights to inform marketing strategies, product development, and innovation.

  • Stay informed about industry developments, emerging consumer trends, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and stay ahead in the market.

    Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

  • Proven experience in consumer marketing, preferably within the flooring or related industry.

  • Strong knowledge of marketing principles, strategies, and best practices in consumer-focused marketing.

  • Excellent analytical skills and ability to interpret consumer research and market data.

  • Proficiency in digital marketing channels and tools, including social media, email marketing, content management systems, and marketing automation platforms.

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.

  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities to develop innovative consumer marketing strategies.

  • Up-to-date with the latest marketing trends, technologies, and industry developments in consumer-focused marketing.

  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
