Overview

We are seeking a talented Recruiter to join our team in Dallas, TX. As a Kimley-Horn Recruiter, you will play a crucial role in attracting and hiring top talent for our organization. You will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to conducting interviews and making job offers. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to our growing organization.

This is NOT a remote/hybrid position.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies to attract high-quality candidates for a variety of positions, with a focus on experienced engineers.

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their specific talent needs.

  • Utilize various sourcing channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals, to identify potential candidates.

  • Conduct thorough screening and assessment of candidates to ensure their qualifications match the job requirements.

  • Coordinate and conduct interviews, both in-person and via video conferencing, to evaluate candidates' skills and experience.

  • Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in recruitment to continuously improve our talent acquisition processes.

  • Build and maintain relationships with candidates, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree

  • 4+ years of experience as a Recruiter, preferably within a fast-paced corporate environment or A/E/C firm.

  • In-depth knowledge of full-cycle recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with candidates, hiring managers, and other stakeholders.

  • Ability to work independently and proactively, while also collaborating effectively with team members.

  • Must be willing to work in the office full time
