Housekeeper Lead– Full Time Nights

We’re looking for qualified Housekeepers to join our Texas Health family. Is that you?

Work location: Texas Health Dallas, 8200 Walnut Hill Ln. TX 75231

Work hours: Full Time, 10:30 PM – 7:00 AM, work every weekend for the 1 st 90 days, and after the 1 st 90 days rotating weekends.

Here’s What You Need

  • H.S. Diploma or Equivalent preferred

  • 6 Months related experience preferred

What You Will Do

  • Empty, clean and reline trash containers.

  • Properly dispose of all waste including biohazarous materials.

  • Assist supervisor with training new hires and in-service training with staff.

  • Clean restrooms, restocking dispensers. Dust hard surface floors/vacuum carpets.

  • Perform patient interviews on incoming and discharging patients to inform them of the expectations from the EVS department.

  • Additional cleaning and bed making as required by patient discharge or transfer to include removal of clinical support equipment and supplies as well as soiled linen.

  • Follows-up on complaints and concerns made by patients, family members and staff.
