Sony Pictures Entertainment Trainee, Global Procurement - Summer/Fall 2024 in Culver City, California

This Summer/Fall Trainee position is from May/June through December 13th and all candidates must be able to work 40 hours a week, Monday through Friday in the specified location. This position is ideal for recent graduates or entry-level talent interested in jump-starting their career in a particular field. A hybrid work structure may or may not be available.

DEPARTMENT DESCRIPTION:

The Global Sourcing team supports seven key categories of goods and services across Sony Pictures Entertainment (SPE). Categories include Technology, Professional Services, Corporate Services/Facilities, Travel, Marketing, Production, and Distribution.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

The trainee will be assigned to the Corporate Services/Facilities and Travel team and will work cross-functionally in an agile sourcing model to support team projects to drive value, market research, cost savings, data analysis, process improvement, and supplier relationship management activities.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor’s degree minimum

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Experience in sourcing & procurement, finance, and/or data analysis
