Central Florida Clinic for Rehabilitation, Inc Speech Language Pathology Assistant:PW:62:T3 in Crystal River, Florida
The Speech Language Pathology Assistant will assist patients of all ages in both learning and/or regaining proper speech patters and functional use of communication.
Speech Language Pathologist Duties and Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:
- Provides direct treatment
- Follows and implements documented treatment plans
- Documents progress toward meeting established objectives and reports the information to the therapist
- Adapts/modifies instructional materials as determined by patients needs and abilities
- Must be able to interact and communicate with children and adults
- Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Must be able to react with flexibility and sensitivity to changing situations
- Transportation, as needed
Speech Language Pathologist Minimum Requirements and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Speech Pathology
- Must possess a valid Florida license as a Speech/Language Pathology Assistant
- Valid driver's license for required business travel
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs frequently
- Employer conducts Background screening
License/Certification:
- SLPA License (Preferred)
- Speech Language Pathology License (Preferred)
Work Location: In person
Work Schedule: Full Time, 40 hours per week/Schedule: Day shift, Monday to Friday
