cott Electric has a current opening at our Crafton , PA branch for a Customer Service Representative

8:00 am - 5:00 pm Monday - Friday

Requirements:

  • Previous customer service experience required!

-Basic math and computer skills

-Customer Service driven

-Must have good communication skills.

Scott Electric is one of the largest independent electrical distributors in the United States, with Branches in Greensburg PA, Pittsburgh PA, Duncansville PA, Erie PA, Warren PA, Camp Hill PA, and Hagerstown, MD. To be successful, you must be a self-starter, willing to work beyond the "8 - 5 schedule", and make sure the customer comes first with the understanding that customer service is the #1 priority. Candidates with electrical knowledge are preferred.

Experience:

  • relevant: 1 year (Preferred)

  • call center: 1 year (Preferred)

  • customer service: 1 year (Preferred)

Education:

  • High school or equivalent (Preferred)
