We are offering an employment opportunity for an Accounts Payable Clerk in Costa Mesa, California. This role involves handling various aspects of invoice processing, data entry, and vendor management in the dynamic industry of telecommunications.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare invoices for accurate coding and upload into the ERP system.

• Forward prepared invoices to the corporate accounts payable for keying into the ERP system.

• Key invoices into the ERP system for approval and payment processing via ACH and/or check.

• Upload various ACH files for daily approval.

• Review and process deposit refund requests.

• Maintain and respond to items received in the accounts payable shared inbox.

• Assist in maintaining accurate vendor information.

• Assist in obtaining vendor documentation.

• Participate in ad hoc projects assigned by management.

• Utilize skills in Accounts Payable (AP), Check Runs, Coding Invoices, Data Entry, Invoice Processing, and Microsoft Excel to perform duties efficiently and effectively.

Requirements

• Proven experience in the role of Accounts Payable Clerk or a similar position

• Proficiency in Accounts Payable (AP) processes

• Experience with Check Runs

• Familiarity with Coding Invoices

• Strong Data Entry skills

• Knowledge of Invoice Processing procedures

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel

• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills

• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities

• Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information

• Understanding of basic bookkeeping and accounting principles

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
