Then you might be the Product Manager we are looking for to join our team to take the responsibility for maximizing and developing the business of Estée Lauder Companies in the Nordic market.

The Role
As Nordic Product Manager you will be responsible for managing the product assortment and shaping it to fit the needs by market and retailer. Your role is to own, analyze and deliver all data linked to your assortment – from master data to sales data.
You will report directly to the Nordic Brand General Manager and work closely with the marketing team, our Key Account Managers, and our operational team.
Your Key Responsibilities
Owning the forecasting process of new products
Planning and maximizing campaigns
Master data delivery
Reporting and following up on sales figures and budgets
Maintaining and updating assortments (forecasting and pricing)
Preparing various presentations for sales teams/retailers
EMEA reporting

Qualifications
Your profile
You are a result-oriented, ‘hands-on’ marketer with outstanding analytical skills. You are a team player and used to handling multiple projects and adhering to tight deadlines whilst maintaining a superb eye for detail. You have an analytical mindset and a strong personal interest in data management.
Your Qualifications
You have a relevant master’s or bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or communication
You have 2 years’ experience in a similar role
A super user of Excel
Detail-oriented and focused on delivering both timely and accurately
Highly structured, excellent task management skills, and ability to prioritize tasks
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Fluency in English and a solid understanding of at least one of the Nordic languages (Danish, Norwegian, Swedish, or Finnish)
