IBM Delivery Consultant in Copenhagen, Denmark

Introduction

At IBM Expert Labs for Sustainability Software we are specialists in helping our customers being more sustainable by enabling our Sustainability Software solutions. Our team is working with solutions based on our software portfolio: Maximo, TRIRIGA, Environmental Intelligence Suite, Envizi, Complex Engineering, Supply Chain and B2B Collaboration portfolios in a global service organisation.

Your Role and Responsibilities

To help achieve this, this role may include, but not be limited to...

  • Provide pre-sales support and estimates as the technical specialist to Solution Sellers and Project Managers

  • Work with other consultants to implement our of solutions for clients and partners

  • Providing technical expertise and best practice advice to clients post implementation to assist them in getting the most out of our technology solutions.

  • Work with the services team to identify and implement processes and best practices that improve our agile workplace culture.

  • Demonstrating a natural bias towards self-motivation, curiosity, and initiative in addition to navigating data and people to find answers and present solutions.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

  • work permit in EU countries

  • 2 or more years of solution consulting or relevant industry experience

  • B.S. in M.I.S., Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience in Computer Science/Information Systems/Engineering or experience in Computer Science/Information Systems/Engineering. *

  • Ability to work in a high-pressure environment, and to deadlines

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills that are engaging, compelling,and influential

  • Troubleshooting skills and logical thinking

  • Hands-on exposure to real-world application of computer science, information systems or engineering concepts

  • Strong data manipulation skills, including an advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel is essential (a test is conducted as part of the interview process)

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise

  • Experience in the delivery of training

  • Experience in any of the following domains will be highly regarded: ESG, Energy management, Asset management, Requirement management

  • Experience in BI, data warehousing, statistical or reporting tools would be advantageous.

  • Experience in Agile software environments is a plus

  • Ability to work autonomously and take accountability

  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills with excellent attention to detail

  • Dynamic team player who is comfortable working in a small, but rapidly evolving environment
