Position Description The Sr. Finance Manager manages key aspects of CoverMyMeds consolidated budget and financial forecast. This position supports the development of the Annual Operating Plan, Strategic Plan, and the consolidation of the financial forecast. The ideal candidate will be a critical liaison across the segment and other enterprise functions driving key initiatives for CMM. The Sr. Finance Manager supports the development and presentation of high visibility financial information to CMM leadership. The individual will develop metrics and analysis around critical P&L items for the segment and be able identify areas of optimization. Responsibilities Monthly and quarterly financial forecast Annual Financial Plan (Budget) Strategic Plan - in coordination with BU and Corporate Function liaisons on the Corporate FP&A team Lead and partner with Corporate on Enterprise Initiatives as a BU SME Coordination with Corporate Controller functions, IT, Financial Shared Services Support the development of consolidated segment forecasts and plan, coordination across broader CMM FP&A, Accounting and Systems teams Assess key consolidated forecast assumptions including R&O's Support consolidation and preparation of BU strategic plan for executive review Ad-hoc analysis for executive financial questions Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, Science, Mathematics or related disciplines required Typically requires 9 + years of professional experience, primarily within an FP&A environment Critical Skills: Experience analyzing financial statements, forecasts, month end close and budgets Experience with financial modeling Expertise in financial systems with ability to reconcile information from multiple sources Expertise with MS Excel and PowerPoint Strong internal and external customer service and relationship building skills Strong communication and presentation skills Project management skills Experience collaborating with C-suite executives Strong analytical and problem-solving ability Additional Knowledge & Skills Preferred Operating segment FP&A, financial reporting & consolidating experience SAC FP&A System knowledge At CoverMyMeds, we care about the well-being of the patients and communities we serve, and that starts with caring for our people.
