Planned Parenthood of Greater Ohio is seeking mission-minded Associates to join us as full time (37.5 per week) Regional Lead Practice Manager. The Lead Practice Manager is responsible for implementing, evaluating and monitoring of fiscal and programmatic goals for the Practice Managers that is consistent with the Director of Health Services and the Health Services Leadership Team. This person will have individual and joint responsibility for the overall operation of the health centers assigned. This includes direct supervision of Practice Managers, as well as assisting the Director of Health Services with the indirect supervision of health center support staff. The Lead Practice Manager will work in conjunction with the Director of Health Services, to maintain the performance of clinical services and assure compliance with Federal and State laws, regulations, and policies. Provide supervision and guidance to Practice Managers and support staff to include: hiring, and on boarding in partnership with the Training Department. Communicate effectively to Practice Managers through direction, feedback, and problem solving, interpreting agency policy and procedures Create a team climate that supports effective information sharing and communication channels to optimize workflow and environment Responsible for required reporting of medical service program monitoring and evaluation. Participates in internal medical practice work groups to implement strategic plans and programs, audits, monitoring, and program evaluation as needed. Collaborates with all PPGOH Departments on cross-departmental and agency-wide programs, events, and services to achieve affiliate goals Works closely with the Director of Health Services and the Human Resources department to ensure compliance with PPGOH's policies and procedures for hiring, firing, transferring, evaluating, and promoting within the affiliate.
