Planned Parenthood of Greater Ohio is seeking a mission-minded Associate to join us as a full time (37.5 per week) Practice Manager at our North Columbus Health Center. SUMMARY Administers personnel, systems and facilities with the purpose of achieving agency programmatic and fiscal goals specific to PPGOH's health centers; maintain in these activities a customer service orientation and comply with agency protocols, policies and procedures, accreditation standards, as well as State and Federal Regulations. All activities are carried out in communication with and under the direction of the Director of Health Services. Has understanding of and commitment to quality healthcare and excellence in customer service providing care no matter what; practice these values in relations with internal and external customers. Achieve goals through direct leadership of the Health Center Staff at assigned health center(s). Accept individual and joint responsibility for and lead the Health Center's efforts to achieve established Key Performance Indicators and annual performance goals. Accept individual and joint responsibility for and lead the Health Center's efforts to comply with all organizational quality assurance guidelines, compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations pertaining to center operation and all pertinent government regulations including OSHA, CLIA, ODH, and Title X and their reporting requirements. Through effective human resource management, hire, retain and develop staff that understand, commit to, and practice a patient-oriented approach to health care delivery. Demonstrate commitment to enhancement of staff skills, capabilities, job knowledge, leadership development, and where possible, opportunity for advancement.
