Coeur d'Alene Resort Bread Server - Beverly's Restaurant in Coeur d' Alene, Idaho

Basic Purpose

  • To distribute bread service through the restaurant and lounge

  • Exceed guest's expectations by providing a high standard service.

  • Respond to all interactions in an efficient, courteous and professional manner to achieve maximum customer satisfaction.

  • Responsible for communicating with service staff to fulfill guests needs during service.

  • Follow Hagadone Hospitality philosophy.

Essential Functions

  • Stocking bread, butter, and orange glaze at the beginning of shift from bakery downstairs.

  • Responsible for cleanliness of bread server area.

  • Responsible for timing of bread service with large boardrooms.

  • Daily sidework and stocking throughout shift.

  • Lunch and Dinner service sequence knowledge.

  • Stay attentive and courteous with every table.

  • Responsible for prompt service and attentiveness to the Guest.

  • Maintain bread and butter stocked throughout shift.

  • Cleaning and drying placemats through shift.

  • Work as a team player and help each other throughout your shift.

  • Making eye contact and smiling when walking throughout dining room floor.

  • Capacity to stand for up to five hours at a time. Have good balance, steadiness and coordination.

  • High level of verbal and social skills.

  • Display a confident personal presence.

  • Must be able to carry 15lb tray of rolls to each table.

  • Must be work with a sense of urgency and still keep composure throughout a busy shift.

  • Full Time Employees are offered these benefits first of the month following 60 days of employment

  • Must maintain a minimum of 30 hours per week or more.

  • Variable hour team members could be eligible12 months after their date of hire, with supervisor approval, so long as they have averaged 30+ hours per week throughout their first year.

401K Plan:

  • Team members are eligible to participate at the age of 21 or greater and at the 1st of the month following 60 days of employment.

  • 2% match with a 4% contribution from the team member.

PTO:

  • 6 months gets 7 PTO days - 728 hours (average 28 hours per week)

  • 1 year gets 10 PTO days - 1,456 hours (average 28 hours per week)

  • 2-4 years gets 15 PTO days - 1,456 hours (average 28 hours per week)

  • 5+ years gets 20 PTO days - 1,200 hours (average 23 hours per week)

Holiday Pay:

  • Hourly team members who work on Thanksgiving and Christmas will be paid their wage at time and a half.
