Description:

• Properly monitor extrusion production including produced product and equipment

• Perform set-up/die changing tasks

• Perform quality checks on product and monitor the product coiling area (reels)

• Assist to start reels, set up and monitor product for quality and conformity

• Monitor operating parameters of product and extrusion equipment to confirm that product materials and quality requirements are being met

• Maintain accurate documentation of all product dimensions on production reports and accurately track "Lost Production Hours" including the reasons for lost time

• Ensure pipe is marked with proper print line as specified in the quality manual

• Follow all company-standard and position-specific safety requirements, and report any unsafe working conditions or broken equipment
