Sea Box, Inc. Human Resources Intern in Cinnaminson, New Jersey

Job Purpose:Provides administrative support to the Human Resource Department.Job Summary:This position reports to Human Resource Director. This candidate will input updates on the department’s internal badging process and help monitor lateness, absences, leaves, and work hours. You will also assist in the overall recruitment process, from interview setup to paperwork associated with the onboarding of new employees. Success in this role will be demonstrated by delivering high-quality and timely HR assistance under minimal supervision.The ideal candidate must have the ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion of secure employee and company information. Able to prioritize work. Must be detail oriented, extremely accurate, able to follow up on long-term, ongoing projects and meet all deadlines with minimal supervision. Must be able to successfully function in a fast paced, diversified environment and work under pressure. Able to handle a periodically heavy workload under strict deadlines.Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including English/Spanish, are required. Strong interpersonal relationship, problem solving and telephone skills are required. Must be able to demonstrate familiarity with Microsoft Office applications (including Excel, Power Point, Word and Outlook) as well as HRIS systems.
