Description Summary The Administrative Assistant performs a variety of administrative functions in support of the department and the department Manager/Director and works to facilitate the smooth operation of the day-to-day department activities. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Answer phones; take messages and transfer/direct to the appropriate person Run Monthly/Quarterly Reports Create and maintain Excel spreadsheets Data entry for preparation of comprehensive and individual portfolio reviews Set-up, organize and maintain paper and electronic filing of correspondence and other materials Maintain calendar; schedule meetings, conference calls, Zoom/Teams calls Reconcile monthly expenses and gift log Additional administrative functions as the team requires Qualifications Ability to demonstrate professionalism, customer service, initiative and good judgment Strong communication skills and computer skills - especially Excel Ability to organize, prioritize and manage multiple tasks, responsibilities and deadlines Education & Experience *Minimum Required: High School Diploma or equivalent *Minimum Required: 3+ years' secretarial experience About Stifel Stifel is a more than 130 years old and still thinking like a start-up.
