We’re seeking a Moving Specialist who is passionate about unique treasures, providing excellent customer service, and ultimately, driving the EBTH experience for our valued buyers.

TASKS YOU’LL BE JUGGLING
Travel to nationwide client locations to assist with clear-out/consignment projects.
Manage client communication throughout process including transportation to the processing center.
Coordinate with internal and external partners to coordinate packing and transport.
Sort merchandise into three categories (saleable, donateable, and disposable).
Pack and schedule transportation for a wide array of objects, including fine art, furniture, and small objects which are fragile and valuable.
Ensure inbound inventory is accurately accounted and moved through production in a timely manner.
Organizing and sorting consignments at EBTH’s Central Processing Center
Locate and process missing items for shipment/pickup.
Assist with curating newly arrived collections based on insights gained while working directly with the client.
Assist in-home service team in clearing out estates.
Work in conjunction with EBTH teammates to maximize efficiency and timeliness in order to achieve company defined Key Performance Indicators.
Drive Utility Vehicles to include: EBTH-owned trucks, Ryder Trucks, Sprinter Vans.
Maintain a positive relationship and provide exceptional customer service to the client.
Perform other duties as assigned.
CREDENTIALS WE ARE SEEKING
3-5 years of moving experience.
Valid driver's license and ability to meet driving requirements.
Must be willing to travel up to 60%.
Effective communicator with the ability to set clear expectations, manage difficult situations, and problem solve.
Strong second-hand goods enthusiast/generalist, with a broad-based knowledge of item values and current market interest.
Ability to manage the performance and set expectations for internal and third-party transporters in order to maintain quality standards.
Drive! This business is fast-paced and challenging. A self-starter is a must!
A team member mentality with an ability to work independently.
Ability to work a flexible schedule based on departmental needs.
High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED).
Customer service experience is a must.
Ability to move and/or lift up to 50lbs.
Proficiency with Google Suite (Gmail, Google Drive, Google Sheets, etc.)
This role is based in Cincinnati, OH, and we are seeking candidates in this area, no relocation assistance is available for this role.
