fluent360 Account Supervisor in Chicago, Illinois
The Account Supervisor will focus on delivering key client objectives and will work as part of a larger client team in our Chicago office. Ideal candidates must demonstrate strong working knowledge in account management with experience in multicultural advertising.
What you will do
Supervise the planning and execution of advertising activities for clients.
Supervises the development of the advertising program in accordance with clients’ objectives and budget limitations.
Consults with the media and creative departments in the development of the agency’s recommendation for the advertising mix to be used and the creative approach to be taken.
Consults with creative, media, and research staff to be certain client objectives are clearly understood and then to develop strategic solutions.
Maintains contact with appropriate client personnel to ensure continuing agency awareness of clients’ desires, interests, and understanding of agency work.
Plan effectively to avoid crisis situations, but if they develop, report and discuss them with your management supervisor immediately.
Responsible for the accuracy and clarity of any written document, including conference reports and marketing plans, before submission to the client.
Ensure orders and work instructions to Traffic, Creative, Media, etc. are sufficiently detailed and clear.
Take a leadership role within the agency as a member of the middle management staff.
Your experience
BA/BS degree required.
5+ years of advertising agency experience with segment experience targeting the multicultural consumer with expertise in the Hispanic consumer mindset.
Fosters effective teamwork and strong relationships.
Highly skilled in presenting to senior level clients and management.
Strong time-management skills, project management and organizational skills.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
