Description

Assertive Professionalsis in search ofTargeting Analyststo support orNational Security CustomerinCharlottesville, VA.

We have a current opening for a Mid Analyst for special teams.

Includes either a $1,000 sign-on bonus or $2,000in reimbursable relcation expenses plus, a $1,200 annual compliance bonus!

Junior- Base annual compensation is$56,000+ additional shift differential pay per hour (if applicable) while CONUS and is based on working 1920 hours with 160 hours of PTO. If OCONUS, will get per diem, H&H, based on location and uplift on salary.

Mid- Base annual compensation is$76,000+ additional shift differential pay per hour (if applicable) while CONUS and is based on working 1920 hours with 160 hours of PTO. If OCONUS, will get per diem, H&H, based on location and uplift on salary.

Senior - Base annual compensation is$92,000 + additional shift differential pay per hour (if applicable) while CONUS and is based on working 1920 hours with 160 hours of PTO. If OCONUS, will get per diem, H&H, based on location and uplift on salary.

Responsibilities Include:

Developing target packages and network analysis to identify targets and target systems for joint lethal and / or non-lethal engagements. Researching and analyzing to exploit key data sources such as operational traffic and all source intelligence databases to support target strategy development and provides joint target intelligence support to deliberate and dynamic target engagements. Knowledge of the intelligence cycle, F3EAD and other analytical methodologies to support the research, discovery, and analysis of key individuals and networks as well as an understanding of the targeting process, enterprise, and analytical tradecraft. Analytical products will provide decision makers the appropriate information for target prioritization to achieve their objectives for plans and operations.

Required Experience and Qualifications:

  • Active TS/SCI Clearance

  • Knowledgeable of and demonstrated ability to apply IC and DoD classification guidelines and procedures.

  • Demonstrated ability to produce timely, logical, and concise analytic reports, documents, assessments, studies, and briefing materials in formats including Microsoft Office tools (e.g. Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.), electronic / soft copy matrices and / or web-enabled formats.

  • Demonstrated ability to communicate complex issues clearly in a concise and organized manner both verbally and non-verbally; with strong grammar skills.

  • Demonstrates proficiency using Microsoft Officer Tools.

  • Demonstrated ability to develop structured research including, but not limited to obtaining, evaluating, organizing, and maintaining information within security and data protocols.

  • Demonstrated understanding of intelligence collection capabilities and limitations, to include but not limited to, technical sensors / platforms and human intelligence sources.

Desired Experience and Qualifications:

  • Desired:Junior - Two (2)years of experience conducting analysis with at least a portion of the experience within the last 3 years.

  • Desired: Mid - Six (6) yearsof experience conducting analysis with at least a portion of the experience within the last 3 years. Bachelor's Degree in an area from a college or University accredited by an agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education.

  • Desired: Senior - Ten (10)years of experience conducting analysis with at least a portion of the experience within the last 3 years. Bachelor's Degree in an area from a college or University accredited by an agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education.

This position may deploy OCONUS for 6 months. Additionally uplift pay, per diem, H&H will be given based on location.
