Kforce has a client in search of a TIBCO Developer in Charlotte, North Carolina (NC).Essential Job Functions:

  • Acts in the highest level technical role as an individual contributor and/or team lead for the most complex computer applications and/or application initiatives

  • Utilizes a thorough understanding of available technology, tools, and existing designs

  • Works on the most complex problems where analysis of situations or data requires evaluation of intangible variance factors

  • Plans, performs, and acts as the escalation point for the most complex platform designs, coding, and testing

  • Leads most complex multiple modeling, simulations, and analysis efforts

  • Acts as expert technical resource to programming staff in the program development, testing, and implementation process

  • 10 years application development and implementation experience

  • Hands-on development experience with TIBCO EMS, Business Works, SWIFT, and Customer adapters, and Java/J2EE

  • Experience working with TIBCO Adapters (Standard/Custom)

  • Hands on experience with TIBCO upgrade/migration projects.

  • Experience troubleshooting and performance tuning of TIBCO middleware components

  • Experience with TIBCO development Work with project managers to establish and execute project timelines

  • Development experience with Java and Java EE preferred

  • TIBCO Middleware Development and basic administration is a must need skill set

  • Strong working knowledge of Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) and associated concepts such as XML Schemas, WS specifications, SOAP, Service Mediation/ESB, Digital certificates, Messaging (SOLACE and EMS), etc.

  • Strong working knowledge of Java-related/SOA-related frameworks and ability to develop design patterns for specific technical problems/stereotypes

  • Strong knowledge of JMS, RV, Web Services, XML, XLST, and XPath is a must

  • Knowledge of SDLC, IT governance and operations Comprehensive knowledge of hardware, software, and application dependencies

  • Good communication skills and able to work across broad spectrum of user and development communities

  • Time management and prioritization skills
