Job Description
Donley's is seeking an experienced concrete Construction Layout Person at our Charleston, SC office who will assist an FE III on a complex project but have the capability to take the lead on a small simple project with guidance from the FE IV or RFEM.
Responsibilities
Surveying
Responsible for the installation of onsite layout.
Interpret contract documents
Proficient with use of surveying equipment to Provide accurate Layout
Timely deliverance of Layout information
Perform required As-builts for in-place concrete
Position Requirements
Formal Education & Certification
+ + 2 or more semesters of college courses in surveying, civil engineering, or a related field preferred.
1 or more semesters of co-op or internship experience in commercial construction preferred.
