 Commercialization Business Account Project Manager

Gummi World is seeking a skilled and experienced commercialization business account project manager to join our dynamic team. As a commercialization business account project manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the successful commercialization of new products and services. Utilizing your strategic thinking, project management expertise, and strong business acumen, you will lead the delivery of commercialization projects, manage client accounts, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the achievement of commercial success.

As a commercialization business account project manager, your role involves overseeing the commercialization of new products or services at Gummi World. You'll manage client accounts, lead project teams, and ensure successful delivery of commercialization projects. You'll develop and execute project plans, analyze market trends, and collaborate with cross-functional teams. Your responsibilities include communicating project updates, identifying risks, and developing strategies to drive commercial success. This role requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, and the ability to navigate complex business environments.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Commercialization Project Management:

       - Plan, execute, and oversee the commercialization of new products or services, ensuring timely delivery and successful outcomes.

       - Lead project teams, assign tasks, and monitor project progress to achieve commercialization objectives within specified timelines.

       - Develop comprehensive project plans, including market analysis, target audience identification, and strategic positioning of commercialized offerings.

  2. Client Account Management:

       - Act as the primary point of contact for client accounts, understanding their business needs, and aligning commercialization strategies with client objectives.

       - Cultivate strong client relationships, addressing client feedback, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction throughout the commercialization process.

       - Collaborate with clients to define success criteria, collect feedback, and drive continuous improvement in commercialization strategies.

  3. Cross-functional Collaboration:

       - Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, sales, and finance, to align commercialization strategies with broader organizational objectives.

       - Foster productive collaboration and communication across teams to ensure seamless execution of commercialization initiatives and capitalize on market opportunities.

       - Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure resource alignment, risk mitigation, and successful launch of commercialized products or services.

  4. Market Analysis and Strategy Development:

       - Conduct thorough market analysis, including competitor research, consumer trends, and market segmentation, to identify commercialization opportunities and potential challenges.

       - Develop data-driven commercialization strategies, pricing models, and market positioning to maximize the commercial success of new offerings.

       - Continuously monitor market dynamics, gather intelligence, and adapt commercialization strategies to capitalize on emerging trends and consumer preferences.

  5. Project Communication and Reporting:

       - Communicate project updates, milestones, and progress to stakeholders, client account teams, and senior management, ensuring transparency and alignment with project objectives.

       - Prepare comprehensive project reports, including risk assessments, financial performance, and commercialization metrics, to track project success and identify areas for improvement.

       - Present project findings, insights, and recommendations to key stakeholders, leveraging data to support strategic decision-making and optimize commercialization outcomes.

  6. Risk Management and Strategy Optimization:

       - Identify potential risks, challenges, and obstacles to successful commercialization, and develop proactive risk mitigation strategies to minimize project disruptions.

       - Evaluate and optimize commercialization strategies based on real-time feedback, market dynamics, and performance indicators, driving continuous improvement and adaptation.

       - Anticipate market changes, competitive pressures, and regulatory impacts, proactively adjusting commercialization plans to maintain a competitive edge and drive revenue growth.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Experience in Nutraceutical/Dietary Supplement manufacturing is required* 

    • Six Sigma Black belt preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, Project Management, or related field; master's degree preferred.

    • Proven experience as a project manager, business account manager, or commercialization specialist within a corporate environment, with a track record of successful commercialization projects.

    • Strong understanding of commercialization processes, product lifecycle management, and go-to-market strategies.

    • Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire, mentor, and guide project teams towards successful project delivery.

    • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and client-facing skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.

    • Proficiency in data analysis, market research, and trend forecasting to inform strategic commercialization decisions.

    • Project management certification (PMP, PRINCE2) and familiarity with project management tools and methodologies.

    • Strategic mindset, business acumen, and a proactive, results-oriented approach to commercialization project management.

    • Proficiency in risk management, problem-solving, and the ability to adapt to dynamic market conditions.

    • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software
