Description We are in need of a meticulous Quality Assurance Tester based in CENTENNIAL, Colorado, United States. This role is a part of our software development team and offers a short term contract employment opportunity. The primary function of this role is to ensure the quality of our software applications through manual testing, identifying defects, and guaranteeing they meet our quality standards before release.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive manual testing on software applications to identify bugs and defects.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop comprehensive test plans and test cases based on product specifications and requirements.

• Execute test cases and accurately report defects using designated bug tracking tools like Atlassian Jira.

• Ensure that defects are properly documented, prioritized, and resolved promptly.

• Conduct regression testing to ensure that software modifications and enhancements have not negatively affected existing functionality.

• Strictly adhere to established quality assurance standards and processes to maintain consistency and reliability across all products.

• Work closely with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to communicate testing progress, findings, and recommendations.

• Continually evaluate and improve testing processes and methodologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

• Use various skills such as Database, EO/IR systems, HP Quality Center, AB Testing, Defect Management, Integration, Java, and QA Management for manual testing. Requirements • Proven experience in Quality Assurance Testing

• Proficiency in Atlassian Jira and HP Quality Center

• Familiarity with Bug Tracking and Defect Management

• Experience with Database and Integration testing

• Knowledge of EO/IR systems

• Proficiency in Java programming language

• Experience in QA Management

• Familiarity with AB Testing techniques

• Strong skills in Manual Testing

• Capable of working in a team environment

• Excellent problem-solving abilities

• Strong written and verbal communication skills
