Adecco US, Inc. Customer Service Representative in Casa Grande, Arizona

Must have 3-5 years of customer service experience, with data entry or order taking experience. Preferably in the fields of manufacturing, construction or commercial industries.

Will be answering questions for customers, and outside sales staff on the status of in-house and shipped orders, product information, invoicing discrepancies, availability, lead times, prices, freight costs.

Provide customer support through knowledge of our products and their applications.

Respond to inbound sales calls.

Maintain effectivve communication flow among customers ( both internal and external to the company), management, and outside sales representatives.

Accurate data entry of all purchase orders ensuring that all materian and freight costs match exactly to customer's purchase order and check order acknowledgements, email to customer.

Pay Details: $19.00 to $25.00 per hour
