Dignity Health Mercy San Juan Medical Center is a 370-bed not-for-profit Level 2 Trauma Center located in Carmichael California serving the areas of north Sacramento County and south Placer County for more than 50 years. Responsibilities
The incumbent provides direct social work services and counseling to patients and their families and functions as a member of the interdisciplinary team.
The incumbent shall demonstrate behaviors consistent with the core (Mercy) values in support with Mercy San Juan Medical Center and the Mission and Philosophy of Dignity Health.

Qualifications
Requirements:
At least two (2) years of experience in a health care setting.
Candidates must have a current California L.C.S.W. license
Current California driver’s license possession of automobile insurance access to an operating motor vehicle.
Current CPR certification from the American Heart Association.
Master's Degree from a School of Social work accredited by the Council of Social Work Education.
Pay Range
$54.87 - $54.87 /hour
