Description

We are recruiting for a Human Resources (HR) Supervisor to join our team in Carmel, California. This role involves overseeing various HR functional areas within our hospitality operation, which includes staffing, training, safety, compliance, employee relations, HRIS, benefits, and CBA implementation. You will also be responsible for managing employee relations counseling, outplacement counseling, and exit interviews in the absence of the Director.

Responsibilities:

• Utilize sound business judgment in dealing with all staff to ensure policies and procedures are upheld.

• Oversee the following HR Functional Areas: Staffing, Training, Safety, Compliance, Employee Relations, HRIS, Benefits and CBA implementation.

• Handle employee relations counseling, outplacement counseling, and exit interviews in the absence of the Director.

• Perform benefits administration, including claims resolution, change reporting, approving invoices for payment.

• Monitor and manage career pathing and performance evaluation programs.

• Establish, maintain, and preserve all automated and manual personnel records, in accordance with record retention standards.

Requirements

• Experience with About Time software

• Understanding of Benefit Functions

• Experience in Compensation Administration

• Strong knowledge of Compliance principles in HR

• Expertise in handling Employee Relations
