Philips Integral Program Manager (m/w/d) in Böblingen, Germany

You are responsible for

  • Overseeing large Patient Monitoring products, solution and improvement projects/programs

  • Accountable for on-time, on-budget, on-quality results

  • Collaborative decision-making with business leadership

  • Experience leading cross-functional teams including product marketing, design, R&D, Q&R, OPS

  • Ensure comprehensive daily management system for project delivery

  • Expertise in Quality Management System (QMS) to tailor project deliverables

  • Create smart, lean project plans with escalation plans for roadblocks

  • Utilize product development approaches like MBSE for decision-based plans

  • Conduct proactive risk assessments and mitigation

  • Establish cohesive, collaborative team culture

  • Implement resource and cost planning/tracking

  • Lead project reviews, engage stakeholders for decision-making

  • Passion for leading dynamic teams and driving results

You are part of

a global R&D and project management organization with a dynamic and agile team culture, fostering collaboration, adaptability, and a flat hierarchy that empowers every member to bring their unique perspectives and strengths to the table.

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience

  • Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or related field

  • Many years of hands-on product development experience, including hardware, software, and system components, with at several years in the development of medical devices.

  • Proven experience in managing projects from conception to market launch, covering design, verification and validation, industrialization, and regulatory clearance.

  • Strong team leadership skills and experience, with the ability to facilitate large team workshops, manage team dynamics, and inspire high performance.

  • Skilled in leading multi-site and multi-cultural project teams.

  • Familiarity with patient monitoring solutions, understanding customer needs/environment, and knowledge of key technologies in the field.

  • Experience with planning and implementing tools and processes.

  • Ability to manage senior and executive stakeholders throughout the organization.

  • Effective communicator, both verbally and in writing.

  • High drive, positive attitude, and resilience to overcome people, organizational, process, and technical challenges.

  • Fluent in English, proficiency in German is beneficial; any other European languages are a plus
