SPRINKLER FITTERS

2nd year - Journeyman, $23-$45/hr, Vancouver, BC

Aerotek is looking for sprinkler fitters to join the team. You will be working on new construction high-rises doing install.

Requirements:

1. 2nd year - Journeyman sprinkler fitter

2. Multi family Residential, commercial or high rise experience

3. Hand tools

4. Ability to read blueprints

Work Environment:

7am - 3:10pm

11am – 11:30am Lunch Break

• Transit accessible - no parking on site

• OT available at times

• Project is in the structure stage, pouring decks and is expected to be going until June 2025

Job Duties:

• You will be installing Fire Protection Systems including steel pipes and sprinkler heads.

• Projects include local, new build work: from commercial buildings and high-rise residential buildings to institutional projects.

• In-field sprinkler commissioning, inspections, troubleshooting, repairs, and maintenance and on systems to including fire sprinkler wet systems, fire sprinkler dry systems, fire sprinkler pre-action systems, fire pumps, fire hydrants, backflow preventers and special hazard systems
