Kforce has a client in search of an Onboarding Case Manager in Buffalo, New York (NY). Overview: The Onboarding Case Manager performs KYC documentation collection and review for new to clients. Documents will be sent directly to the analyst and then the analyst will submit the cases in the KYC tool after performing a review and input of the files. One will work with a KYC reviewer to address any deficiencies and once approved the case will go to account opening.There is an important project that is taking place. The team is working on winning new business and this project would be the key to that success. Essential Job Functions:

  • Acting as an analyst

  • Responsible for onboarding and the KYC (Know Your Customer)

  • Learning Policy and Procedures/Onboarding and documentation

  • Formation documents

  • Bank application forms and identification

  • Processing clients through KYC tool and making sure client gets put through the end to end process for onboarding

  • Bachelor's degree

  • Extensive computer skills

  • AML knowledge

  • Customer service skills and experience

  • Highly communicative

  • Adapts to change and willing to learn process and procedure

Preferred Skills:

  • CAMs-Certified Anti Money Laundering would be a plus
