Position: Bookkeeper PERMANENT POSITION

Location: Bristol, CT

Hours: 40 hours per week (FLEXIBLE SCHEDULE), onsite

Salary: $60,000 - $65,000 annually, depending on experience!

Out client, located in Bristol, CT, is seeking a dedicated and experienced Bookkeeper to join their tenured, close knit team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in bookkeeping and QuickBooks and enjoy working on a small team!

Requirements:

• Minimum of 8 years of recent experience in a bookkeeper position

• Proficiency in QuickBooks is a MUST! Must have worked in it, not just taken courses.

• Strong Excel skills

• Ability to work onsite for 40 hours per week

• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills

Responsibilities:

• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes

• Perform bank reconciliations

• Process payroll for under 35 employees

• Assist with financial reporting

• Provide audit assistance as required

• Collaborate with the finance manager on various projects
