SUPERVISES: VP OF BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT, VP OF OPERATIONS, PROGRAMS DIRECTOR, QUALITY DIRECTOR, FINANCE DIRECTOR, HR DIRECTOR, DIRECTOR OF ADVOCACY
OBJECTIVE: TO PROVIDE DIRECTION, LEADERSHIP, AND INSPIRATION FOR OVERALL OPERATIONS OF THIS PRIVATE, NON-PROFIT COMMUNITY REHABILITATION PROGRAM

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS:
Protect and serve TVS’ mission and ensure that it is at the forefront of all business decisions
Enable the Board of Directors to fulfill its governance obligations
Present regular reports on the status of the company’s operations to the Board of Directors and to company staff
Provide oversight for operations of all departments within the organization
Prudently manages the organization’s resources following budgeted guidelines and any current applicable laws
Establish appropriate fundraising strategy
Reviews the financial results of all operations, comparing them with the company’s objectives and taking appropriate strategic measures
Assure the organization, mission, programs, products, and people are consistently presented in a positive light within the local community, government agencies, and with strategic partners
Establish clear Key Performance Indicators for the organization. Monitor, report, and provide ongoing accountability
Create and communicate, acting as the primary role model, an inspired sense of core purpose; leading the vision of the future, and establishing a corporate culture that supports the same
Responsible for overall facility compliance with any applicable laws, program and regulatory requirements, and current TVS’ policies
QUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum Bachelor’s degree in relevant field of study
Minimum of five years experience in an executive leadership role
