Job Description
Join our team as full-time Fabyan's server and earn a
$1,000 sign on bonus!
We are seeking a professional Server to join our team at Fabyan's with a strong background in fine dining service. Responsibilities include mastering menus and beverage offerings, setting up stations, polishing glassware and silverware, and performing side work as needed. The role also involves providing exceptional service to guests, maintaining cleanliness in the restaurant, and assisting colleagues as part of a dedicated team effort. Familiarity with the Micros Computer System is preferred, and a positive attitude and dedication to teamwork are essential.

Responsibilities
Knowledge of fine dining service.
Must have full familiarity with menus.
Must have full knowledge of beverage offerings.
Station set-up and breakdown/side-work.
To polish and clean glass and silver wares.
Perform any other duties as assigned by the restaurant manager.
To have dollies’ underliners ready.
To fold various napkins for service
Service to guests.
Be pleasant, smile and greet all guests, using surnames when obtained.
Clean and maintain restaurant.
Knowledge of Micros Computer System
Help other associates whenever possible and maintain a dedication towards teamwork.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
Prior hospitality experience preferred.
Must have excellent interpersonal skills.
Must provide excellent service to internal and external customers.
Must have excellent oral and written communication skills.
Must be available to work in the evening.
Fulltime, part time, and on call positions available
