Key Responsibilities
Lead and supervise our front-of-house team.
Ensure outstanding customer service and satisfaction.
Act as a liaison for guests, guiding them to and from tasting tours.
Assist customers with purchasing wine and wine products.
Requirements
Must be at least 21 years old.
Knowledge of different types of wine desired.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Previous experience in a winery or retail beverage environment desired.
