We are seeking a Hospitality Assistant to ensure exceptional service delivery in both food service and housekeeping for our guests, focusing on creating memorable experiences for couples during intensives, retreats, and special events.
Essential Duties/Responsibilities :
Food Service :
Prepare meals according to predetermined menus.
Serve guests with sensitivity to their needs and preferences.
Maintain cleanliness standards in the kitchen and dining areas, adhering to Health Department Codes.
Attend and complete required Chemical Training.
Housekeeping :
Ensure cleanliness and tidiness of guest cabins, including bedrooms, bathrooms, and outside sitting areas.
Maintain cleanliness standards across all guest and staff spaces throughout the property.
Perform general cleaning tasks such as dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and window cleaning.
Manage laundry tasks as needed.
Other Duties/Responsibilities :
Perform additional tasks as required.
Working Environment/Physical Requirements:
Must pass a Post Offer Prehire Physical exam.
Ability to lift up to 40lbs and push/pull up to 25lbs.
Flexible in adjusting priorities and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Ability to work weekends and engage in repetitive tasks/motions.
Exposure to various elements including cleaning chemicals, dust, and sharp utensils.
Job Qualifications/Requirements:

Knowledge/Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent.
1-3 years of experience in food service preparation.
Must obtain and maintain Serve Safe Certification and Chemical Training Certification.
Skills, Abilities, and Special Talents/Gifts:
Strong customer service skills.
Ability to follow instructions and adapt to changing priorities.
Proficiency in operating food preparation equipment and handling various chemicals.
Pay Range: $14.00 to $15.82/hr.

Note: Temporary employees are eligible for select benefits.
This position offers a $500 hiring bonus. The bonus will be paid to the hired candidate half after 30 days ($250) and half upon the successful completion of 6 months of work ($250). Employees must be active and in good standing at the time of bonus payout to be eligible for hiring bonuses.
