How Will You Contribute to the Company?\ \ We\'re looking for a passionate person who wants to grow their HR career in a booming industry that will continue to grow by billions over the next decade. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting with talent-related program tasks that will include updating SharePoint sites, researching learning content, designing PowerPoint Slides, and using critical thinking to ideate with senior talent team leaders and help design and deploy communications/emails to stakeholders.\ \ This position will be of value to Cradlepoint, part of Ericsson because it will help our Talent team with its brand refresh, talent program designs, and continued learning curriculum transformation.\ \ What Will You Do?

  • Update existing Talent SharePoint sites with a new brand refresh
  • Research and replace obsolete learning content
  • Update existing Talent PowerPoint decks with a new brand refresh
  • General ideation with senior talent team leaders on program design & support with the creation of program content
  • Support design and deployment of communications/emails to stakeholders
  • Support the update of learning paths aligned to our job architectures in partnership with senior leaders
  • Support content creation for performance management framework workshops
  • Coordination of assessments and content for promotions and succession planning
  • Coordinate learning and development program nominations
  • Support the change management for upcoming talent management initiatives

\ Qualifications\ Minimum Qualifications:

  • Self-starter who thinks, participates, and contributes effectively both independently and as part of a team
  • Desire to improve the status quo and implement process improvements
  • Ability to meet or exceed deadlines
  • Strong organizational skills, while prioritizing and working effectively
  • Proven ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with internal partners on issues
  • Excellent attention to detail; excellent critical thinking skills
  • Business communications skills
  • Ability to use Microsoft PowerPoint (interest in self-upskilling)
  • Interest in Microsoft Excel (V-lookups & Pivot Table knowledge will be gained)
  • Comfortability with switching gears rapidly and working on ad hoc projects
