We have an incredible opportunity for a Statistical Programmer II to join the diverse and dynamic team within the Biotech, Government, and Public Health division at ICON.
Location: United States (home-based OR office-based)
Overview of the Role:
The Statistical Programmer II will create, validate, and generate statistical programs consisting of outputs such as listings, tables, figures, and SDTM/ADaM domains of low to moderate complexity.
Execute programming deliverables on multiple projects in parallel
Effectively manage competing priorities to ensure high-quality outcomes
Design, develop, validate, and document SAS programs to generate analysis datasets, generate summary tables, figures and listings
Ensure programs are in accordance with documented procedures and project specific timelines to generate accurate, complete and consistent outputs
Support Senior Programmer on assigned studies
To be successful, you will need:
3+ years of experience successfully performing the role of Statistical Programmer, in the clinical research industry
Experience with SDTM, ADAM, and TLF programming
Expert knowledge of SAS programming (certification is preferred)
Professional communication skills
Ability to adapt
Education: Bachelor’s degree required (Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related scientific discipline)
