DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES: As the Treasury Systems Project Manager you will support the successful implementation of various treasury systems and projects globally. These projects include the implementation of Kyriba for cash management and payments, and the establishment of a global cash pooling structure across Europe and Asia. You will work closely with AMETEK Treasury, Shared Service, finance, business leaders and technology partners to project manage the implementation of these and other Treasury projects.
HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT: * Lead the implementation of Kyriba globally to achieve the highest level of automation in banking processes and payments. Provide guidance on bank connectivity protocols to reduce the use of individual online banking portals. * Support the development and establishment of an international cash pooling program to consolidate cash balances and allow for efficient deployment of capital. * Help train international treasury and shared service teams who will manage international cash pools, Kyriba and accounts payable outside of the U.S. * Support the implementation of a global procure to pay system. * Assist with the development of the overall bank account structure and the consolidation of banking to strategic partnerships. * Identify and prioritize continuous improvement opportunities to run with lean cash, lowest bank fees and highest risk reduction. * Assist with managing and enhancing international banking relationships.
WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE ROLE: * Professional Degree Required * Minimum of 7 years in Banking or Treasury related fields * Excellent project management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities. * International Treasury, and banking experience. * Experience implementing Treasury Management systems. * Expertise establishing and managing international cash pools. * IT systems implementation and project management experience a plus.
