KYC Execution Assurance - Assistance Vice President

Key responsibilities

  • Lead and coordinate project management KYC-AML initiatives execution related to global and regional priorities

  • Serve as a key contact to all Businesses, vendors and projects stakeholders

  • Implement Mexico GBRC Governance model by benchmarking Global GBRC best practices

  • Coordinate Mexico GBRC sessions and agenda by enhancing communication with Business functions for escalation of identified Businesses issues

  • Elaborate material presentations and communications for Global and Local GBRC, KYC, AML, GCB AML Governance, Audit, CCC, BRCC, MSEOC, Risk and other related committees.

  • Follow up on action items derived from Global and Local committees in which In Business AML topics are in agenda.

  • Focus on KYC management process to implement Mexico In Business AML Communications model by benchmarking with Global Communication owners

  • Implement the governance and escalation structure for the Mexico In Business AML area

  • Interact at the management level in order to present progress and results that guarantee the goal of sustainability

  • Decision making and reporting according to management requirements

Knowledge / Experience

  • Bachelor's Degree required. Economic-Administrative Areas or Engineering (preferably)

  • Bilingual English/Spanish, intermediate-High level.

  • Understanding of financial institutions and how they operate.

  • Understanding the complexity of the Citi organization.

  • Understanding of the various Citi Businesses.

  • Experience in Project Management and PMO, 2-3 years

  • Implementation of projects in continuous improvement / process reengineering

  • Customer experience (desirable)
