Job Overview As a Senior Executive Assistant, you will lead day-to-day operations, interpreting and disseminating executive directives, conducting strategic analysis, proactive decision-making, and independent judgment. A comprehensive understanding of corporate policies and protocols is critical, enabling you to streamline processes and optimize workflow. Often called upon to interpret and communicate an executive's intent to other managers, may make contacts of a sensitive, and confidential nature. Operating autonomously on meaningful projects, demonstrating initiative and ingenuity, this position demands adaptability, multitasking prowess, and a dedication to upholding the highest standards of professionalism and confidentiality. Job Responsibilities: Support Senior Strategy leader by performing advanced-level administrative work of complex nature including planning, coordinating, organizing and producing work that requires a high level of discretion and sensitivity. Organize executive's schedule, arranging appointments, travel, meetings, conference calls, etc. Coordinate activities between departments and outside parties. Contact company personnel at all levels to compile information on behalf of executive. Organize and prioritize multiple tasks and priorities effectively, meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality work in a fast paced environment. Anticipate and address potential issues or challenges. Proactively find opportunities for process improvement and implement solutions. Lead all aspects of office supplies, equipment, and facilities. Handle expense reports, invoices, and budget tracking. Coordinate special projects and events as assigned. Implement special or continuous research and data analysis tasks. Analyze problems, resolve approach, compile and analyze data and prepare reports and recommendations. Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, partners, vendors, and other team members. Serve as a liaison between the executive and internal/external contacts. Apply most appropriate method of communication when interacting with executives and other executive assistants by assessing the situation and applying judgement. Work Experience: 7-10 years experience as an executive assistant or similar role, supporting C-level executives or senior management. Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with strong attention to detail! Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with a professional demeanor. Ability to work independently, while also functioning well in a team environment. Discretion and integrity in handling confidential information.
