sa.global D365 Pre-Sales & Product Consultant in Belgrade, Serbia
What will you do?
Deliver product presentations and demonstrations to prospective and current clients as well as to internal teams.
Collaborate and interact with multiple roles across the organization, such as executives, functional and technical consultants, project managers, and others
Build and implement product strategies consistent with company vision.
Liaise with development team to gain an in-depth knowledge that you can relate to customers – and to let them in on user behavior and/or any potential changes clients would like.
Uncover business problems with clients and offer solutions with our technology.
Conduct research into the industry – including competitor research. Provide suggestions to enhance the product's functionalities and features following the company's business strategy and customer needs and expectations.
Review design and test documents to verify that the design will meet the defined requirements.
Work with delivery teams to ensure they are supported in implementing our solutions for their clients.
Review and prioritize activities according to business needs.
Learn D365 Project Operations and sa.global IP solutions.
Required skills:
5+ years of experience working with or implementing ERP solutions, ideally with D365 BC, D365 F&O but also Pantheon, Oracle, Upis or similar.
Strong understanding of business applications, finances, and business processes.
Work experience as a pre-sales consultant or role in product management is a plus.
Experience working in the consulting or professional services industry is a must.
Some experience and/or understanding of Microsoft Dynamics Power Platform
Ability to resolve problems independently using an analytical approach.
Customer-centric approach and great communication skills.
Ability to work with team members across the globe.
Good written and spoken English language.
University degree.
