Award-winning luxury hotel, Park Hyatt Beijing seeks a qualified and experiencedSenior Sales Manager-MICE
In this position, you will be responsible for maximising total revenue potential for Park Hyatt Beijing across the meetings, incentives and corporate events marketsegments groups with a business focus on both retention and acquisition. Demonstrating a proactive approach to sales, encouraging effective inter-departmental team work while being an internal role model for Hyatt selling techniques and Park Hyatt customer service is crucial to the role. You will also build and maintain strong working relationships with internal and external clients and other market & industry sources.
Qualifications:
To besuccessful in this role, you will have:
Tertiaryqualifications inHospitalityManagement/Sales & Marketingor a related business discipline.
Previous experiencein a similar role within 5 starhotel market.
Provenexperience in achieving sales targets, acquiring and retaining business.
Excellentinterpersonal and communication skills.
Theability to create a positive first impression with an understanding of theimportance of five star grooming standards.
