Danaher Corporation Sales Engineer in Beijing, China

主要职责 Key Responsibilities

l 拜访山西、内蒙、西北、河北部分地区潜在的 GI 冶金行业客户(钢铁厂和 OEM )。推动技术和商业沟通,并生成订单,以实现月度 / 季度目标。出差频繁是必须的。

l 拜访负责区域的现有客户,深耕山西、内蒙、西北、河北部分钢厂客户并与他们建立密切的业务关系。对颇尔过滤产品知识有深刻的理解,为客户提供维护和技术支持。对于特殊的问题,寻求公司技术人员的帮忙,协调公司资源解决客户需要。

l 开发和管理颇尔经销商,确保经销商能够根据颇尔政策发展其业务基础。

l 按公司要求完成相应的标准工作( sales force , funnel ,周报)。

l 积极执行部门销售计划,密切关注新产品、新应用、新客户的推广。

任职资格 Position Qualification Requirement

专业背景和资历素质 Education & Professional Background

要求大专以上学历,机械、液压、冶金相关专业。

有冶金行业相关公司或钢厂相关工作经验。

3-5 年以上销售经验及外企工作背景。

语言技能 Language Skills

良好的英语沟通能力,尤其是阅读和写作

其它要求 Other Requirements

l 在业务上的成功渴望, 为人踏实,勤奋。

l 良好的人际关系和谈判技巧
