You are an enthusiastic, high energy, proactive individual with good verbal and written communication skills. You’re capable of handling a high volume of inbound requests and managing multiple case queues in a timely and efficient manner while maintaining a positive ‘can do’ attitude.
As part of the Sales Operations you are the first point of contact both for internal and partner inbound queries on processes and documentation. You will provide operational support for key business function areas. The Inside Sales Administrator (ISA) will need to:
Collaborate with Sales, Partner, Finance, Legal and Marketing on order processing, contract requirements and specific reporting and data validation requests.
Vet and correctly route and track inbound requests that require Deal Desk or Legal review.
Manage inbound partner requests including requests to become a partner, partner contract amendments, deal registrations, amongst others.
Manage Salesforce.com (SFDC) lead queues, account creation requests, and requests from field sales and management for bespoke SFDC reports and dashboards.
Responsibilities and Duties:
Develop and customize SFDC dashboards and reports to provide business insight. 根据要求，在Salesforce.com (SFDC) 中制作仪表盘图表和报告，为洞悉业务数据提供指导。

Liaise with internal clients throughout Commvault GCR (Sales Management, inter-department management and senior management team leaders) to design reports, analyse data and make business recommendations that are critical to business strategy development. 在Commvault 大中华区范围内，与各部门沟通协作，为销售管理以及其他管理层提供所需的报告、数据分析和建议，支持公司策略在本区域的推进和发展。

Diploma or Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent experience. 大学本科及以上学历。
Good organizational and time management skills. 良好的工作规划和时间管理能力。

Fluency in English both spoken and written. 良好的英语口头及书面能力。
