Job Title: Loan AdministrationFLSA Status: Non-ExemptDepartment: Loan OperationsReports to: AVP, Loan Servicing ManagerPosition Summary:Responsible for Post-Closing Loan administration of Direct, Agented and Participated LoansPosition Responsibilities:* Post-close booking and review of Direct, Agented and Participated Loans* Process all on-going loan servicing activity (Advances, Pay downs, Interest Payments, Rate Changes, Payoffs, Tax and Escrow)* Customer Service (Respond to internal and external inquiries)* Process amendments and extensions by updating the system, calculating and applying any related fees* Monitor all reconciliation, suspense and past dues for assigned portfolio* Monitor all quarterly and monthly fees* Action all agent notices on participated loans* Accountable to service all loans in accordance with all documents, policies and procedures* Support management with various projects and audit requestsEssential Skills and Experience:* Bachelor Degree in Business Related Field* Minimum 1-3 years working in a Loan Operations Department* Previous experience servicing syndicated loans* Proficient at interpreting Agent Notices* Strong communication skills* Strong client interaction skill set* Detail oriented* Superior multi-tasking skills* Experience with basic office programs and equipment including Microsoft Office* Knowledge of Commercial Lending Credit Agreements* Knowledge of Jack Henry System Silverlake a plus, not a requirement* Knowledge of Syntraks a plus, not a requirementNonessential Skills and Experience:NoneReporting to this position:No Direct ReportsPhysical Demands and Work Environment:The physical demands and work environment characteristics described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
