The Ocean County Utilities Authority Articulated Truck Driver in Bayville, New Jersey
The Ocean County Utilities Authority, a public wastewater treatment facility consisting of three treatment plants and 40 pumping stations, is presently seeking an Articulated Truck Driver. The position is located in Bayville, NJ.
The Articulated Truck Driver is assigned as the primary operator of tractor trailers requiring a Class “A” Commercial Drivers License and certain other vehicles as per divisional needs that are utilized in the transport of biosolids, fertilizer, liquid waste and other materials generated by Authority facilities.
A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred. Must be able to follow directions and perform heavy manual labor. A Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) is required. This position requires the applicant/employee to pass a pulmonary function test and baseline physical.
The Authority offers a competitive salary of $50,918.40. We offer a strong benefits package that includes NJ State health benefits, pension (PERS), and generous paid time off and holidays.
