Key Responsibilities:

• Own the hiring process for Trainees & Assistants roles for the affiliate. Working very closely with hiring managers, managing the candidate pipeline effectively with the help of our recruitment tools, and engage and guide candidates through the offer stage;

• Post the job postings & scheduling the interviews for all processes of selection based in Barcelona.

• Be a true HR professional hand to hand with the team, with proactive and, able to discuss/tackle complex business issues and translate business needs into action plans and solutions;

• Ask for Professional References Background

• Actively contribute different global/regional/local HR initiatives for the different divisions.

• Handle operational issues through our internal systems & procedures.

We value:

• Experience managing process of selection preferably in a multinational organization or Head Hunting Consultancy

• Bachelor in Human Resources Management, Psicology, Economics or similar; Advanced level in English

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.

• Sound judgement and problem solving ability at all levels. Positive attitude with determination and urgency;

• Organised and meticulous when it comes to detail, especially where others may overlook;

• Embracing of a fast moving, dynamic and multicultural environment where things change quickly;
