Applied Materials SAP BTP CAPM Full Stack Developer in Bangalore, India
Skills and Qualifications:
7 plus years of overall experience in developing & deploying SAP CAPM/Fiori applications
At least 2 years of hands-on experience in building CAMP applications using SAP BTP and SAP Build Work Zone
Proficiency in Node JS, J Query, HTML5, CSS, CDS, Annotations and JavaScript
Requires experience on BTP with Cloud Application Programming Model. Should have extensively used BAS & VS code
Expertise in developing, extending and deploying custom application using SAP BTP and for on-premise environments
Requires experience supporting technical development in at least 1 of these areas: Service, Sales, Quality module
Ability to perform assigned tasks independently and complete deliverables on-time
Proactive in learning and highly self-motivated
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Good to have S/4 HANA experience like Extensibility & Fiori elements, RAP & side by side extensions, & in app extensibility
Experience using the following tools a plus: HPQC, ServiceNow, Kovair ALM
Key responsibilities:
Develop and deploy custom SAP CAMP applications, SAP Build Work Zone on SAP BTP (Cloud Foundry and Neo) and on-premise environments
Work with SAP BTP Business Application Studio, VS Code, or other relevant tools to build CAPM applications
Work on SAP build process automation and monitoring (Smart workflow)
Analyze, design, build, and/or test new components or enhancements to existing modules
Use Bitbucket's repositories to effectively manage the codebase of applications being developed and extensively use CI/CD process to manage code migration
Implement/extend standard SAP Fiori applications and build custom SAP Fiori applications
Apply knowledge of SAP Fiori security, roles setup, and Fiori Launchpad setup in the Cloud and On-Premise
Help to shape the quality focus of the team by assisting in establishing standards for documenting, testing and releasing code and then ensure those standards are being met on an ongoing basis
Work with cross competency teams to address business needs and system design. Provide technical solution design and development through implementation, usually focused on one module/system/service.
Conduct Code Reviews, checking for adherence to standards, methodologies and best practices and oversee performance testing
Complete documentation and procedures for development and maintenance
Develop Unit Test plans and protocols for evaluation of systems and performance
May assist in developing and reporting on the program/project budget.
Provide status and reports. Attend meetings and give relevant presentations on technical assignments
May oversee work of contractors on small projects
Works with in cross competency teams to address business needs and system design. Technical solution design and development through implementation, usually focused on one module/system/service.
