Reduce the time to get hired for an unemployed citizen
Help citizens upskill and improve their earning potential over the medium to long term

What you’ll do:
Manage a team of high-quality engineers and drive the team toward excellence
Be a hands-on technical leader in architecture, design, and code reviews & contribute to the code as well if required
Own end-to-end development strategies by closely working with product managers and other cross-functional stakeholders
Attract and retain the best talents
Build the best-in-class engineering practices and processes.
What we need:
At least 10 or more years of work experience in a product industry along with at least 1+ years of experience working as an Engineering Manager
Hands-on technical skills with a solid understanding of distributed systems, microservices, APIs & web services.
Passionate engineer who believes in building and delivering quality products
Prior exp working on SaaS products, startup companies are an added advantage
Experience in building and scaling a super strong engineering team, best engineering practices, and processes.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
