Key Qualifications

  • 5+ years of Business Analytics or Data Science leadership experience.

  • Strong data analysis skills to conduct deep dives and deliver actionable insights

  • Familiarity with database modeling and data warehousing principles.

  • Proficiency in SQL, Tableau development, Data Optimization, and a keen eye for design.

  • Exceptional ability to communicate insights clearly and successfully to influence decisions.

  • Demonstrated programming ability in Python is preferred, and experience with Pandas, SciPy, and Scikit-learn is a plus.

  • Experience and knowledge of digital and mobile advertising experience is a plus.

Description

The Finance & Billing engineering team is the backbone of Apple’s Ad Platform Revenue & Payout function for our partners. Payments is part of this function which builds services that will collect payment from customers for services they use. In this role, you will work with Devs, technical lead, Architects, QA of the team to build the software for Apple customers. You are responsible for design and development of scalable back-end systems that will handle key business data. You are a self-motivated, have excellent design instincts, and enjoy working with cross-functional teams. You will build high-performing, elegant systems from the ground up, in close partnerships with various teams around you. You will also possess keen judgment in selecting appropriate solution and building the right solution for the interesting challenges we get to tackle here. Key Responsibilities - Collaborate with partner teams to outline business needs into data and analysis requirements. - Translate ambiguous business requirements into actionable insights with an emphasis on accuracy. - Envision and design an entire portfolio of dashboards and data products to help Senior leadership to lead the portfolio of products across Ad Platforms. - Combine Information Architecture with Apple standards of design & performance to drive dashboard usability. - Balance statistical models and ML models to provide business-pertinent insights.

Education & Experience

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent is required; Master's degree preferred.
